Printing typically takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by approximately 3 to 7 business days for U.S. shipping.

Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 5 to 12 business days. International shipping generally takes 2 to 4 weeks after production.

What sizes do your shirts come in?

My shirts are available in XS through 5XL.

Some colors sell out in the very smallest and biggest sizes from time to time. If you don't see yours, try another color or send me a message.

What kind of shirts do you use?

I use Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts for my designs.

They're soft, lightweight and comfortable. You know those T-shirts you end up wearing all the time because they just feel good? That's exactly what I wanted.

I come up with the ideas and designs, and I have a wonderful printing partner who takes care of printing and shipping them directly to you.

Are your shirts true to size?

Generally, yes!

Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts have a unisex fit, so they're not as fitted as a typical women's T-shirt.

If you like a more fitted look, you might prefer sizing down. If you're like me and enjoy a little extra room, sizing up is always an option.

Just take a peek at the size chart before ordering. I'd much rather you get the right fit the first time!

How long does shipping take?

Every shirt is printed especially for you after you place your order.

Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, and shipping time depends on where you live.

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5 to 12 business days, although delivery times can vary.

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

During the holidays, I always recommend ordering a little earlier. One less thing to worry about!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! My printing partner ships to many countries around the world.

International orders usually arrive 2 to 4 weeks after printing, and customs can sometimes cause delays.

For most orders shipping to the EU, customs duty is collected at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your shirt arrives. For other countries, including the UK, any duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Because each shirt is printed just for you, I can't accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.

That's why I always recommend checking the size chart before purchasing.

But if something arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or in a different size than you ordered, please reach out through the contact form within 30 days with a photo and your order number. I want to help get it taken care of!

Why did you name your brand Just Menopausal?

Because sometimes that's the only explanation I've got!

Between the hot flashes, brain fog, sleepless nights and mood swings, I figured we might as well find something to laugh about.

I actually woke up at 3 a.m. one night in July with the idea for Just Menopausal. I'm a 47-year-old woman living in rural Missouri, sitting at my computer and trying to turn that little idea into something special for my family.

Every saying and shirt idea comes from me. I love sarcasm, vintage-inspired designs and the kind of humor that makes you immediately think of your best friend.

And while menopause is what started all of this, Just Menopausal is really about so much more. It's about friendship, getting older, being comfortable with who we are and finding humor in everyday life.

I'm figuring things out as I go, just like everyone else!

Are your shirts only for women?

Not at all!

I create my designs with women like me in mind, but anyone who enjoys a comfortable T-shirt and a little sarcasm is welcome.

Is Just Menopausal a small business?

Very small. It's just me!

There's no big company, marketing department or team of people behind Just Menopausal.

It's one woman doing her best to build something for her family.

I handle the creative ideas and the business side, while my printing partner handles producing and shipping the shirts.
